Job Description:- Job Role:- RPA Developer (UiPath) Location :- Greater Boston, MA (Hybrid) Contract USC OR GC Local ONLY We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing RPA solutions using UiPath. The role involves analysing business processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and designing end-to-end RPA solutions. A successful candidate will be proficient in SQL, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and have a proven track record of developing reusable and maintainable RPA workflows. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to innovative automation projects and driving business efficiency. Responsibilities: Analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities using RPA. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure successful deployments. Translate non-technical business requirements into technical specifications. Architect, design, and implement end-to-end UiPath RPA solutions using UiPath Studio. Develop reusable "building blocks" for future bots. Integrate RPA solutions with existing IT infrastructure and applications. Debug bots by reviewing configuration files, logs, and code to identify issues and remediation options. Utilize SQL to interact with databases and extract data for RPA workflows. Develop and maintain robust exception-handling mechanisms for RPA solutions. Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing of RPA solutions. Document RPA solutions, including end-user training and error-handling procedures. Monitor RPA solutions in production and collaborate with business owners for improvements and optimizations. Stay updated on RPA trends and advancements, collaborating with the head of Enterprise Application on their potential. Qualifications: 3-4 years of experience in developing and implementing RPA solutions using UiPath, specifically: Cloud-based UiPath with locally hosted VMs Long-Running Workflow Knowledge Document Understanding Action Center Application Ownership (Security Roles, License Management) Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot. Proven experience in developing reusable and maintainable RPA workflows. Experience collaborating with Infrastructure and Security resources to resolve issues from infrastructure patching, security changes, and application updates. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work in an energetic, fast-paced environment and build new automation as part of an experienced technology team. Preferred Qualifications: UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (UiARD) Prior experience developing bots that interact with Finance systems SQL Basic Query Skills; Advanced Query skills preferred.
