Understand a tool -homegrown tool, understand the data. SME: Comp Team make-up: Reporting directly to Jen, partner with someone from Legacy CIT assisting our consultant to get through this years process. Analytics, testing some of the existing tool, loading and pulling reports out of the tool. We need some help with our compensation team, 10 month assignment. Focus on comp and benefits (hands-on) SME Think operational (they have the project team in-house, need the SME knowledge to help complete this project) Merit cycles Bonuses, etc. SME Working understanding of comp and benefits, merit payroll cycles Specific technologies excel.
