As a Business Systems Analyst, you will partner with the SAP and Procurement & Finance business community along with internal/ external IT partners to define & deliver transformation roadmap. We have Source to Pay, Quote to Cash, and Service to Repair business processes implemented through SAP and other leading technologies where you will play a critical role in maintaining the business relationship and transform Source to Pay space by leveraging technology. Scope of Responsibilities / Expectations Demonstrate functional expertise in Source to Pay business process. Responsible for recommending and implementing industry leading practices and technologies Navigate within business and IT communities to achieve the goals based on published timelines Recommend product selection based on business requirements, prepare business case, lead implementation, enhancement and support Must have prior experience in Source to Pay processes using products like SAP, iValua and/ or Coupa Must be able to speak in business terms and represent based on the audience i.e. IT and/or business leadership, SI partners, Internal IT teams, Support groups Recommend, review and own the Functional/ technical solutions, evaluate short term or long term trade-offs based on business processes and make sure industry standard, scalable solutions are implemented Create/maintain functional specification documents, review technical specification documents, Oracle standard/ custom configurations documents, rollout strategies, end to end business flows, test scenarios and perform/ support end to end testing for business partners Desired Skills/Qualifications: Experience in end-to-end Project implementation in one or multiple Source to Pay areas.
