| Job Title: Oracle EBS Financial Functional Solution Architect Location: Bay Area, CA (Hybrid) 2/3 Days 12 months Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financial Functional Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle EBS financial modules and have a proven track record of designing and implementing financial solutions in complex environments. Key Responsibilities Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of Oracle EBS financial solutions to meet business requirements. Ensure solutions align with best practices and industry standards. Develop and document functional specifications, system design, and configuration settings. Implementation and Configuration: Oversee the implementation and configuration of Oracle EBS financial modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM). Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and data migrations. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand financial processes and requirements. Provide expert advice and guidance on leveraging Oracle EBS to improve financial operations and reporting. Conduct workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present solutions. Project Management: Manage and lead Oracle EBS financial module projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. Develop project plans, track progress, and manage risks and issues. Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing Oracle EBS financial systems. Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and support teams. Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals. Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA or equivalent financial certification is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience working with Oracle EBS financial modules. Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in multiple full lifecycle Oracle EBS implementations. In-depth understanding of financial processes and accounting principles. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Cloud Financials. Strong configuration skills in GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and related modules. Knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and reporting is a plus. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Oracle EBS certification in Financials or related modules. Experience with Oracle EBS extensions and customizations. Familiarity with Oracle AIM methodology or similar implementation methodologies. Experience with regulatory compliance and financial reporting requirements. Thank Regards.
