Position: Project Manager Location: Fully Remote Duration: 6+months contract Visa: Only USC/GC/EAD Interview: Video/Skype Job Description: Responsibilities: Project Oversight: Lead and coordinate end-to-end project management activities, including reporting, planning, issue and risk identification, tracking, scope management, estimation, and documentation. Work Allocation: Allocate and coordinate work within projects, managing tasks across organizational boundaries when necessary. Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans and schedules for application/infrastructure projects, identifying goals, risks, and resource needs. Performance Monitoring: Monitor project outcomes for significant deviations and ensure alignment with client expectations. Vendor and Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with vendors and clients, ensuring service expectations are met. Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients, providing progress updates and managing expectations. Team Coordination: Work closely with all necessary Information Technology functions and groups to plan and execute projects effectively. Liaison Duties: Act as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams, ensuring project delivery adheres to specifications and budget constraints. Issue Resolution: Manage communication at a detailed functional level, discussing and resolving issues as they arise. Performance Appraisals: Provide input on performance appraisals for project team members. Adherence to Methodologies: Ensure project delivery aligns with the company's software development life cycle methodologies. Required Experience and Skills: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
