Please find the requirement below , If you find yourself comfortable with the requirement please reply back with your updated resume and I will get back to you or I would really appreciate Role: Cloud Solutions Engineer Location: 100% Remote Visa: Visa: USC and (GC Who got in 2018 or before) and H4-EAD/TN Duration; 12+ Months Interview: Phone and Video LinkedIn(Make sure consultant LinkedIn match with resume), SSN, DOB Responsibilities: Infrastructure Automation with Terraform: Utilize Terraform modules for provisioning and managing infrastructure efficiently. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles to ensure reproducibility and scalability. OS Configuration Management Using Chef: Automate server configurations using Chef to enforce standardization. Develop and maintain Chef cookbooks and recipes for system configurations. OS-Level Permission Management: Manage and audit OS-level permissions, ensuring secure access control. Implement and maintain access control policies and procedures. OS Patching and Licensing Management: Manage the lifecycle of operating system updates and patches. Ensure software licensing compliance across all server environments. EFS and Linux File Serving: Configure and manage AWS Elastic File Systems (EFS) and Linux-based file serving solutions. Ensure data storage solutions are scalable, secure, and performant. Image Management Using Packer: Create, manage, and deploy optimized server images using Packer. Maintain image repositories, ensuring they meet standards for security and efficiency. Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience Proven experience with SUSE Linux and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration. Strong understanding of image management using Packer. Experience with OS patching and licensing management. Familiarity with configuring and managing EFS and Linux file serving solutions. Proficiency in Chef for configuration management and Terraform for infrastructure automation. In-depth knowledge of OS-level permissions and security practices. Ability to script in languages such as Bash or Python for automation purposes. Strong python skills preferred. Experience with pipelines, especially Azure DevOps, preferred. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills, capable of effectively documenting and explaining technical details. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
