As a project manager, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that deadlines are met. You'll have excellent relationship building, leadership, project and team management skills and the ability to deliver business results with quality. You will bring a breadth of experience that will make you a valuable contributing member of the project team and not just a task driver and status provider. This is an exciting area of the company delivering cutting edge solutions. You will support our efforts of integrating into SAP S/4HANA and providing project management skills to other projects in the Strategic Sourcing, Loss Prevention and Internal Controls area. Requirements: 10+ years of Project Management, ideally with experience in S/4HANA or other ERP implementations Proven track record of successful project delivery, from inception through implementation Plan, schedule, estimate, coordinate, manage, and deliver projects within our waterfall and agile hybrid delivery methodologies Create, track, and own status project plans including milestone schedules, scope, resource plans, budgets and cross functional dependencies Capture, publish, and follow-up on meeting notes, action items, and other internal team communications Demonstrated hands-on experience; ability to quickly identify critical decision points and any potential project risks, provide solutions to team. Strong communication skills and proven ability to communicate at all organizational levels Effectively collaborate and influence in a highly matrixed organization Experience with stakeholder management, negotiations, problem solving, working with business owners and understanding of business processes (i.e. Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory) Demonstrated experience in leading diverse and cross functional teams Proven experience in preparing updates, presentations, communications, leading Steering Committee meetings at the executive level Must be an astute communicator, possess strong business acumen and can influence cross-collaborative teams Understand downstream impact of issues and effectively and proactively inform and escalate to key stakeholders Ability to balance multiple priorities and excel in a dynamic and fast paced environment with critical deadlines to meet. Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills. Must have a positive can-do attitude and dedication to professionalism with dedicated work ethic.
