Job Title: Genesys Voice Solution Consultant Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite) Duration: Long Term Contract Client: TCS Key Responsibilities: Hands on experience in SIP Voice Solution and troubleshooting of SIP Signaling. Implementation and deployment of of Genesys components including Voice and Multimedia. Good knowledge on SIP Cluster Architecture is required. Good understanding of Genesys Reporting components such as Pulse, ICON and Infomart. Knowledge of Codecs, sip signaling and SBC configuration. Troubleshooting of IVR, Voice call flows using GVP, SIP and ORS/URS logs.
