You will work closely with HR and recruiting teams to ensure the platform meets their needs and supports efficient talent acquisition. Responsibilities: Participate in ORC implementations, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. Provide ongoing technical support to HR and recruiting teams on using ORC functionalities. Troubleshoot technical issues related to ORC and collaborate with Oracle support when needed. Stay up-to-date on the latest ORC features and updates, and recommend improvements to optimize the platform's usage. Maintain system security and integrity by adhering to IT policies and procedures. Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improving the recruitment process. Document processes and procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain consistency.
