Role: Oracle EBS Strong Functional Solution Architect Contract Location: Dallas, TX Job Description: Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Functional Solution Architect with a strong background in Order Management (OM), Distribution, Procurement, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Inventory (INV), and Manufacturing modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle EBS solutions to meet the business needs of our organization. This role requires deep functional expertise in Oracle EBS modules and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient solutions. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to OM, Distribution, Procurement, SCM, INV, and Manufacturing processes. Design end-to-end solutions leveraging Oracle EBS modules to meet business objectives and improve operational efficiency. Develop functional specifications, configuration documents, and test plans for Oracle EBS implementations and enhancements. Lead and participate in workshops, design sessions, and business process reviews to ensure alignment between business requirements and system capabilities. Configure Oracle EBS modules according to best practices and industry standards, ensuring compliance with business processes. Provide guidance and support to development teams during the build phase, including customization and integration efforts. Conduct thorough testing of Oracle EBS solutions to validate functionality, performance, and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, troubleshoot system errors, and optimize system performance. Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams on Oracle EBS functionality and best practices. Stay current with Oracle EBS updates, patches, and new releases, evaluating their impact on existing solutions and recommending upgrade paths as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite, with a focus on OM, Distribution, Procurement, SCM, INV, and Manufacturing modules. Strong understanding of business processes related to order fulfillment, inventory management, procurement, supply chain planning, and manufacturing operations. Proven track record of designing and implementing complex Oracle EBS solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with third-party systems. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements. Oracle EBS certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist) preferred. Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or other ERP systems is a plus.
