Role: Business Analyst in pharmaceutical Location: Woodville, TX (Locals) Duration: Contract Domain: Recent Pharma Domain is Must Experience: Minimum 10+ years Note: Only H1 Visa who can share PP (Dont share GC, GC EAD, H4, OPT/CPT) Role Description: Responsibilities: Utilize Process-Based Management (PBM) methodologies to analyze, document, and improve business processes. Collaborate with Business Project Managers (PMs) and Product Owners to gather and define detailed business requirements. Leverage tools such as Blueprint and JIRA for requirement documentation, tracking, and management. Provide business inputs and clarifications to scrum teams to ensure alignment with business goals and requirements. Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure requirements align with business objectives. Identify areas for process optimization and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Identify potential risks within business processes and develop mitigation strategies. Assist in training end-users on new processes and tools to ensure smooth implementation and adoption. Qualifications: Extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Proven experience working with PBM methodologies and tools such as Blueprint and JIRA. Strong ability to collaborate with Business PMs, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to define and refine business requirements. Excellent analytical skills to assess business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and convey complex information clearly. Experience working within Agile frameworks, providing necessary business inputs and clarifications to scrum teams. Strong problem-solving skills to address issues and challenges within business processes and project requirements. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
