Required Experience: Experience as a systems analyst on successful, enterprise level information technology projects. Must have the ability to work independently or cooperatively with other software developers. The person in this function is considered an expert in the following systems KACE, Symantec, WSUS, and Office 365. Must have an understanding of business, business insight and broad understanding of multiple business areas. The person in this function will be responsible for technical research of technologies and methods for meeting the functional and nonfunctional requirements. Knowledge of problem-solving techniques. Knowledge of computers and software. Knowledge of Windows 11. Knowledge of the principles, practices and techniques of computer programming and/or computer systems analysis. Ability to process information logically and solve problems. Ability to monitor and resolve problems with distributed computer systems components. Ability to identify and define user task needs. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others Preferred Experience: Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
