| SAP PTD Architect Raleigh, NC 1.Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience as a SAP Plan to Deliver / Supply Chain Lead with SAP Manufacturing Functional Subject Matter Expertise(SME) with a focus on the Pharma industry. Experience in Managing SAP S4 HANA Support / Implementation project is a must. 2.SAP Manufacturing Modules Expertise: Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP Manufacturing modules, including but not limited to Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), Quality Management (QM), Master Data Governance( MDG ). 3.PLM Processes: Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes within SAP, covering areas such as product data management, engineering change management, recipe and formula management, and compliance management for pharmaceutical products. 4.Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Integration: Experience in integrating SAP Manufacturing modules with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to streamline production operations, track real-time production data, and improve manufacturing efficiency. 5.Internal and External Manufacturing: Proven track record of dealing with both internal manufacturing processes within pharmaceutical companies and external manufacturing through Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs). Experience in synchronizing manufacturing processes, quality control measures, and regulatory compliance across internal and external manufacturing sites. 6.CMO Collaboration: Demonstrated expertise in collaborating with CMOs for manufacturing activities, including process synchronization, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and performance monitoring to ensure seamless operations and product quality. 7.Packaging Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Primary and Secondary Packaging processes specific to the pharmaceutical sector, including packaging line management, serialization, labeling requirements, batch tracking, and adherence to regulatory standards such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and serialization requirements (e.g., DSCSA). 8.Regulatory Compliance: Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to manufacturing operations in the Pharma sector, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA regulations, EMA guidelines, and serialization mandates. 9.Business Process Analysis: Ability to analyze complex manufacturing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend SAP solutions to optimize operational efficiency, quality, and compliance while ensuring seamless integration with PLM processes. 10.Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support for SAP Manufacturing implementations, enhancements, and PLM integrations. 11.Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, IT professionals, and external partners.
