Understand tech stack of high complexity integrated tech stacks & identify potential performance bottlenecks Excellent understanding of performance engineering concepts Conduct technical assessment as part of a proof of concept Current with industry trends in performance and load testing tools, processes and techniques Provide oversight and guidance in the formal test execution process Elicit, gather & document NFRsfrom stakeholders Analyze NFRs & identify best suited test strategy/approach Identify test environment & test data needs Identify performance test target areas Document & acquire stakeholder approvals Excellent stakeholder management skills Create test reports to communicate results to stakeholders Experience in designing, developing Performance Tests strategy using industry standard tools such as LoadRunner, JMETER, and Service Virtualization tools such as CA Lisa.
