Job Title: Technical Lead - Conversational AI (Node.js Tech Lead with Azure) Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6+ Months Contract Job Description: Must be able to work EST Zone. Its a Tech Lead so you need to have hands on experience too. 50% tech lead, 50% hands on development Must have Node.js, Redis, Nx framework and Azure cloud Nice to have is Openshift, Splunk, GCP About the job Who will be leading a team developing critical applications for the Cognitive Artificial Intelligence (AI) portfolio of products including voice and chat bots. The Technical Lead will be a vital contributor in designing and developing new applications and enhancing existing applications. Key Responsibilities: Design, code and lead others in the development of cost-effective applications and solutions Understands product requirements in Agile Features and assists the delivery teams with writing and breaking down Agile Stories and Tasks Acts as lead technical contributor of business requirements to technical specifications Oversees daily operations of multiple delivery teams which consists of onshore and offshore team members, and verifies all team members adhere to best-practices, including code reviews, unit testing, data handling (transmission and storage), identify process automation opportunities, etc. Identify scope for testing, including performance, security and accessibility testing With limited direction, supports the implementation of systems into production Identify and escalate issues blocking delivery Responsible for Code Asset Management for an application or set of applications. Supports and promotes the reuse of assets across the organization and identify enterprise-approved libraries and tools to accelerate development Will lead or act as a subject matter expert for the assigned project Ability to lead and support others to develop Node.JS and Java services applications, and share understanding of API interfaces within multiple technical environments and disciplines, that have system wide impact and that integrate across the organization Required Qualifications : 5+ years of experience deploying applications to the cloud, integrated with cloud technologies, (Azure, IBM, GCP) Node.JS, Redis, NX framework, Experience with Integrations and APIs Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Excellent leadership skills Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Nice to have: Splunk Openshift Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Knowledge of SAFE Agile methodology, working in a high-performance Agile environment Knowledge of IBM Watson and other chatbot development platforms Experience building conversational AI chatbots using AI, ML and NLP technologies and development patterns Understanding of PCI data governance requirements and technical practices Familiar with Angular/React/JavaScript/ CSS/ HTML, Python If you are interested, please share your updated resume and suggest the best number & time to connect with you.
