The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Utility industry ensuring a secure and efficient IAM operation. Required Skills: 5-7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong emphasis on IAM. Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Familiar with RSA SecureID and /or SailPoint IdentityIQ support Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage CyberArk security solutions within the IAM framework. Perform system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance to ensure the highest security standards. Conduct security assessments, risk analyses, and compliance audits. Monitor and maintain the health and security of our vaulting systems. Develop and enforce robust access control policies and identity management procedures. Provide senior-level support for CyberArk, resolving complex issues and ensuring system reliability. Lead IAM projects, including planning, execution, and post-implementation review. Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement IAM strategies. Train and mentor junior staff on CyberArk best practices.
