| Position: ALM Consultant Location: Boston, MA Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) with specialized expertise in Siemens Polarion and Jama Software. The SME will be responsible for providing in-depth knowledge, strategic guidance, and hands-on support for ALM processes and tools, ensuring effective management and optimization of product development cycles. This role demands a deep understanding of ALM systems, requirements management, and a proven track record of working with Polarion and Jama. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in ALM systems management with a focus on Siemens Polarion and Jama Software. In-depth knowledge of product development and lifecycle management processes. Proficiency in requirements management, configuration management, and change control. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment. Relevant certifications in ALM systems and tools (preferred). Preferred Skills: Experience with other ALM tools and systems. Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies. Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements in relevant industries.
