Responsible to attend pager alerts and bridge calls and should be able to drive the calls and fix any critical issues/incidents. Responsible for release/change control of technical changes to solution design with support of other departments Should join daily onshore/offshore status calls and provide clarifiactions to offshore by contacting respective teams/persons in a timely manner. Responsible for response/restoration SLAs for all incidents (P1/P2/P3/P4/P5) that comes during CST business hours. Should be willing to provide critical incident support (P1/P2 and escalated P3) during weekend as well as US long weekends. Should be willing to provied extended hours support if required for critical incident support (P1/P2 and escalated P3) .
