Please list Facets client names where you've gained experience The role comes down to three key experiences: project management and delivery, people management, and general facets experience. The candidate should have strong communications and ability to lead people, and monitor performance against the plan. Job Description: Understand business and technical requirements, consult customers to design and recommend solution architecture, manage mid and large-sized projects of the following nature (Product updates, Application Maintenance, etc., guide product specialists to ensure complete coverage of clients requirements and product quality within the client and project specifications). The candidate must have healthcare industry and experiences in large core system replacement focused on membership, enrollment and billing services. The SME resource should also provide concrete project plan tasks to bring the current FACETS configuration architecture to an optimized future state, including best practice configuration, assessment of sub-modules not currently leveraged/optimized, and provide measurable metrics on configuration approaches. More specifically, they possess the following additional characteristics: The candidate will conduct requirements discovery sessions and lead design sessions to determine how best to design and configure applications within Facets to meet the defined requirements. Individual needs to have a strong working knowledge of agile practices, including but not limited to managing a backlog, creating user stories and assignment of correctly sized story points. The individual will work in and lead a team to evaluate changes introduced by multiple intake channels (e.g. business, software product, incidents) and facilitate solution decisions with a focus on maximizing the TriZetto software/Facets, or a combination of custom development. Able to establish and manage governance model for Facets Product utilization. Ability to understand and work with business to refine requirements in alignment with defined governance model. Ownership of configuration solution architecture, epics, and delivery concepts. The role requires excellent general consulting and Facets application skills to work with the client technical team to understand: the technical and functional ecosystem; analyze customer requirements; challenges from an IT and business process perspective by interacting with the customer architects / SMEs, and reviewing documentation. Provide recommendations (e.g., product implementation, platform identification, architecture suitability, gap analysis, customization/bolt-on development and integration, product maintenance) to address the same; Create the solution architecture; Present the benefits of the solution; Lead Proof of Concept for the business problem; Provide inputs on technical robustness and scalability of the product to the LPC. Experience should include a strong understanding of core functionality, emphasizing Benefits, Enrollment, and Membership. Ability to provide advanced analysis, problem-solving, and interpret application configuration. Must be able to liaison effectively with business and technical groups Clearly articulate (both verbal and written) issues and provide alternative solutions.
