Here's a breakdown of the typical duties of an Oracle OTC Functional Specialist: Core Responsibilities: Setting up and maintaining Oracle Order Management modules: This involves configuring functionalities within modules like Orders, Inventory, and Receivables to align with specific business needs. Streamlining the order fulfillment process: This includes defining workflows and automation rules to ensure efficient order processing, picking, packing, and shipping. Data analysis and reporting: Generating reports to identify trends, analyze order data, and recommend improvements for process optimization. Collaboration across departments: Working closely with sales, warehousing, and finance teams to ensure seamless order processing, credit checks, invoicing, and cash collection. Staying updated on Oracle OTC functionalities: Keeping current with the latest features and best practices within Oracle's Order to Cash solutions.
