Please find the job description below, and if you are interested, please forward your updated resume to #pradeep @ interaslabs.com Role: ServiceNow ITSM Business Analyst Location: Remote Duration: 12+ months Location: Remote (East coast preferred) ***Must be specialized in ITSM*** Must have 10+ years of experience We are looking for a ServiceNow ITSM Business Process Consultant to interact daily within ServiceNow to Managing Customer Incidents and Requests related to the build and implementation of ServiceNow Applications, Modules, etc. This position will be a full-time 12 month contract and remote.
