Please have a look at the below job description, if interested please share your updated resume @ [email protected] Role: Servicenow Business Analyst Location: Remote Duration: Contract Experience: 13+ Yrs experience Required Skills: Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT service management or a related field ITIL Foundation Certification (ITIL v3 or ITIL4) is required Hands-on experience with ITSM tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct detailed service desk assessments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization Proven track record of implementing ITIL principles and driving process improvement initiatives, especially for Incident, Change, Problem and Knowledge Management areas Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote environment Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred ServiceNow experience strongly preferred Physical Demands: Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard and monitor -- Keywords: information technology Servicenow Business Analyst - Remote [email protected] |
