This role is not for a traditional RPA developer but someone with substantial experience in the Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. The ideal candidate will also have a solid background in Change Management, particularly with ServiceNow (SNOW), and sufficient understanding to support RPA processes in UiPath and Automation Anywhere (AA) RPA bots. Qualifications: Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. Proficient in using APIs and integrating them within the Power Platform. Strong background in Change Management, particularly with ServiceNow (SNOW). Knowledge and understanding of RPA processes, specifically in UiPath and Automation Anywhere (AA). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with technical and business units. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role, focusing on Power Platform development and Change Management. Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or related technologies. Experience in creating and managing complex Power BI reports and dashboards. Understanding of best practices in change management and process optimization. Position Details: This role will be divided between Change Management (high-level process review) and Power Platform development and reporting. It requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively Key Responsibilities: Power Platform Development and Reporting: Develop and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. Integrate APIs and work with Dataverse to manage and utilize data effectively. Create and manage comprehensive Power BI reports to support business intelligence and decision-making processes. Change Management: Review Change Requests at a high level to ensure adherence to established processes and standards. Collaborate with technical and business units to address and resolve any issues related to Change Requests. Utilize ServiceNow (SNOW) for tracking and managing Change Requests and ensuring compliance with change management procedures. Support for RPA Processes: Provide support and understanding for RPA processes, specifically in UiPath and Automation Anywhere (AA) RPA bots.
