| From: Murali, Metasysinc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title: ServiceNow ITOM Architect Location: Onsite Hartford, CT(remote ok but preference is near CT) Duration: 6+ months Project Responsibilities: Understand and analyze the client's application and infrastructure landscape Provide consulting approach in defining and implementing the CSDM model Implement and enhance CMDB using CSDM Work on complex Service Mapping and Discovery Interact with various application and infrastructure teams to document the landscape Technical Skills: Expert in ServiceNow ITOM modules: Discovery, CSDM, CMDB, Service Mapping Proficient in ServiceNow CMDB Architecture and CSDM modeling Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to translate complex technical concepts into understandable business value statements and procedures using diagrams and flowcharts Primary contact for process owners, business users, and vendors Hands-on experience in scripting and coding ITOM solutions, including Discovery and Service Mapping Experience in designing and developing integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using ServiceNow's Integration Hub and/or custom APIs Strong understanding of import sets, transform maps, external data sources, and ServiceNow data mapping Ability to analyze and map existing CIs and their relationships for successful ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem & Knowledge) Experience in configuring/developing Discovery probes, sensors, and patterns to ensure data accuracy and integrity of CMDB Proficient in improving Discovery performance and coverage, building effective dashboards for senior leaders, service owners, and executives Expert knowledge of third-party integrations with ServiceNow, Discovery probes, sensors, patterns, Service Mapping configurations, and Event Management rules Experience in conducting workshops with enterprise users about the CSDM framework Ability to configure ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping for infrastructure component discovery Skilled in setting up and maintaining discovery schedules, configuring probes, and troubleshooting Strong understanding of architecture/infrastructure concepts and basic application, server, network, storage, and cloud infrastructure components Experience configuring MID servers for testing and ensuring discovery Proficient in troubleshooting patterns during discovery via the Service Mapping module in ServiceNow Coordination with ServiceNow for handling unique discovery requirements during projects Keywords: Connecticut ServiceNow ITOM Architect in remote ok but preference is near CT [email protected] |
