Job Role: Business Integration Analyst (Financial Analyst) Job Location: Sunnyvale, CA(onsite) Project Duration: 6-12 Months Job Description: Skills / Experience Requirements Lease accounting support: Technical Expertise: Good understanding of ASC 842 lease accounting and be able to research and resolve accounting issues Process Improvement: Analyze existing operational processes for lease assessment, waterfall calculations, manual journal entries, account reconciliations, and SEC disclosures. Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for enhancement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with accounting, finance, business team and the TI-lease teams to implement process improvements and drive efficient solutions. Work with cross functional teams to to intake the workflow into an existing vendor arrangement managing leases at scale Documentation & Communication: Create clear and comprehensive process documentation for the end-to-end lease process with controls.
