| From: Pradeep, Shrive Technologies [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role: Oracle Cloud AP Business Analyst, Location : Remote (Only : W2 or 1099) Our client is looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud AP Business Analyst who will play a key role in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Cloud AP modules. This person needs to have a deep understanding of accounts payable processes and experience with Oracle Cloud applications along with strong BA experience and the ability to work in fast-paced, mission critical project.. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud Accounts Payable solutions. Configure Oracle Cloud Accounts Payable modules to meet business requirements, including setting up payment terms, invoice approval workflows, and supplier management processes. Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to optimize accounts payable operations. Develop test cases and conduct thorough testing of Oracle Cloud Accounts Payable functionality to ensure accuracy and reliability. Provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of Oracle Cloud Accounts Payable modules. Serve as a subject matter expert on Oracle Cloud Accounts Payable best practices and industry trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, procurement, and IT, to ensure alignment and integration with other business systems. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in accounts payable or finance operations. Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud applications, particularly Oracle Cloud Accounts Payable modules. Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and reconciliation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and recommend effective solutions. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g., Oracle Financials Cloud: Payables 2021 Certified Implementation Specialist) preferred but not required.
