This role involves managing Oracle Cloud modules, addressing issues, and driving the successful implementation and enhancement of Oracle Cloud solutions through effective project management practices. Key Responsibilities: 1. Functional Support: 1. Provide expert-level support for Oracle Cloud applications, including but not limited to ERP, SCM, and CX modules. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. 3. Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence of issues. 4. Collaborate with technical teams to address system integration issues and improve overall system performance. 2. Project Management: 1. Lead and manage Oracle Cloud support team and enhancement projects from initiation to closure. 2. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management. 3. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives. 4. Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely delivery. 5. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. 3. Business Analysis: 1. Conduct comprehensive business analysis to understand user requirements and translate them into functional specifications. 2. Work closely with business users to gather and document detailed requirements, workflows, and process improvements. 3. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure users are proficient in Oracle Cloud functionalities. 4. System Configuration and Customization: 1. Configure Oracle Cloud applications to meet business needs, including setting up workflows, user roles, and permissions. 2. Implement customizations and enhancements as required, ensuring compliance with best practices and organizational standards. 5. Continuous Improvement: 1. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within Oracle Cloud applications. 2. Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud releases, features, and best practices to provide proactive recommendations. 3. Lead initiatives to enhance system performance, user experience, and overall efficiency. 6. Documentation and Training: 1. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, process flows, and standard operating procedures. 2. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize Oracle Cloud applications effectively. Qualifications: 1. Extensive experience (10+ yrs.) in Oracle Cloud applications, with a strong functional background in ERP, SCM, or CX modules. 2. Proven project management experience, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects/Support engagements. 3. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PMP certification is a plus). 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Preferred Skills: 1. Experience with Oracle Cloud implementation/Support projects. 2. Certification in Oracle Cloud applications (e.g., Oracle Certified Specialist) is advantageous. 3. Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
