| From: Kashish Agarwal, TEK Inspirations LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Job Title: Data Migration Coordinator Location: HYBRID-2-3 DAYS / WEEK ONSITE-Erlanger, Kentucky Job Type: 15+ Contract We are seeking a highly skilled Local Data Migration Coordinator to support the master data management for our clients SAP S/4HANA implementation project. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA master data management, including migration, setup of master data tables, and a strong understanding of ETL processes. Key Responsibilities: Master Data Management: o Coordinate master data requirements across various functions and help business users understand new master data fields. o Experience with Finance, Product, Customer, and Vendor Master Data conversions. o Maintain cross-reference files and ensure data quality, profiling, cleansing, and harmonization. Data Migration and Validation: o Analyze data migration requirements in collaboration with SAP functional consultants. o Populate data load templates based on process design decisions. o Conduct pre-load and post-load validation activities, including completion of data validation reports and determining data quality/accuracy percentages. Project Management: o Drive the master data workstream, keeping business users on track with their deliverables. o Assist with unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing. o Coordinate with the cutover team according to the project plan. Stakeholder Communication: o Serve as a liaison between business and IT to identify the business process impact of planned and unplanned downtime. o Create downtime procedures and provide guidance on best practices. Policy and Procedure Development: o Create and maintain policies and procedures promoting operational resiliency. o Lead BC-DR (Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery) resiliency testing, tabletop exercises, and continual improvement efforts. o Provide enterprise reporting metrics to executive leadership and conduct BC-DR Gap Analysis. Required Skills and Experience: Technical Expertise: o Familiarity with SAP functionality and implementation. o Understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. o Minimum of 2 full life cycle SAP implementations of data migration projects. o Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA master data management, including migration and setup of master data tables. Project Coordination: o Strong project management skills to drive the master data workstream. o Ability to work with Local Data Owners on data quality, profiling, and cleansing. o Experience designing and creating business rules for data management. Communication and Collaboration: o Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. o Ability to maintain effective communication with business users, providing support and guidance on data migration activities.
