Experience:15+Y Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with specialized expertise in Fusion ERP (Finance applications) and EPM implementation. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in financial G/L entries and reports, as well as proficiency with automation tools such as RPA, UIPath, or equivalent. The role involves assessing Fusion implementations, identifying and providing solutions for new opportunities, optimizing performance, and improving processes. Additionally, the candidate should be adept at transitioning existing Essbase cubes to Oracle Analytical Cloud. Key Responsibilities: Lead Fusion ERP and EPM implementation projects with a focus on financial applications. Manage and oversee financial G/L entries and reports. Utilize automation tools like RPA, UIPath, or other equivalent tools to streamline processes. Conduct Fusion implementation assessments to identify and provide solutions for new opportunities. Perform performance tuning and process improvements within the financial reporting framework. Transition the existing 75 cubes from a homegrown Essbase environment to Oracle Analytical Cloud. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Develop and maintain documentation related to system architecture, processes, and configurations. Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Financial Reporting, Essbase, Data, and RPA. Proven expertise in Fusion ERP (Finance applications) and EPM implementation. Strong understanding of financial G/L entries and reporting. Proficiency in automation tools such as RPA, UIPath, or equivalent. Experience with Oracle Analytical Cloud and transitioning Essbase cubes. Solid knowledge of ERP Financial Reporting and Oracle systems. Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to provide innovative solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus. Preferred Skills: Additional expertise in performance tuning and process improvements. Experience with other automation tools and technologies. Certification in Fusion ERP or related areas.
