ServiceNow Expertise: o Proficiency in ServiceNow modules: CSDM, Configuration Management, Hardware Asset Management, and Software Management. o Demonstrated experience in developing a CMDB Schema and defining CIs for ServiceNow deployment. ITOM Tools Configuration: o Expertise in configuring ITOM tools for asset discovery and data load. o Ability to automate discovery processes and ensure accurate data entry into the CMDB. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Configuration Management processes and extensive expertise in ServiceNow, particularly in CSDM, Configuration Management, Hardware Asset Management, and Software Management modules. This role will involve developing a CMDB Schema, configuring ITOM tools for asset discovery and data load, and providing expert guidance to the team.
