This position will provide primary support in the resolution of MS window systems and software, network hardware, scripting, software and applications problems between technical, support and customer personnel for Enterprise Endpoint Security, Infrastructure Configuration Management, Remote Endpoint Management Support, Project Management, and Process and Procedure Documentation. The position will serve as a resource in solving high complexity problems that require significant knowledge of highly technical and specialized phases of Endpoint security tools, applications, software, hardware, operating systems and networking.
