Grade B1 with following skillsets and experience: 5+ Years experience in POS (Point Of Sale) systems. Quick-Service-Restaurant (QSR)- POS testing experience preferred. Experience in (MICROS and INFOR)- POS systems will be added advantage. Experience in testing pin-pad devices with different credit cards. Should be able to find and analyze POS server logs. Good to know: TOSCA automation. QA Lead Activities: Lead and hands-on delivery of POS releases and hotfixes. Test planning, test design, test strategy, and test execution. Self-learner. Effort Estimation. Defect Management & Triaging. Client & Leadership interaction & Management. Onsite & Offshore coordination across time zones. Test Execution & Status Reporting. Formulate WSR/MSR (weekly status and Management status reports) for leadership roundtable review of the overall testing progress of the project. Perform smoke testing, system testing, end-to-end testing, regression testing, and acceptance testing. Updates the active Sprint Dashboard with the Daily Status of each user story. Calls out any Risk to the Scrum master and Product Owner. Tool & Technologies: 1. Tools: Postman, POS configurator. 2. Communication Channel: Microsoft Teams, Zoom. 3. Operating System: Windows, iOS, Android. 4. Database: SQL. 5. Channels: Web, mobapps and POS applications 6. Defect Tracking Tool: JIRA. 7. Methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid.
