Assist in designing and planning business-driven features. Codes small and large application features from start to finish with various partner input. Keeps up with learning and applying industry trends. Takes a mentoring initiative for personal and peer growth. Teaches best practices and context to internal developers. Communicates effectively both verbally and written with various business partners. Creates and improves internal libraries and tools. Participates in and leads production support situations.
