Develop custom applications, integrations, and automation using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL. Design and implement data models, workflows, process builders, and Lightning flows to optimize business processes. Develop and assist with data migration strategies and ETL processes to ensure data integrity and quality. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools. Conduct vendor code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers to maintain high-quality code. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and data integrity problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery. Participate in client meetings, provide technical expertise, and communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Contribute to the development of reusable components, frameworks, and best practices to enhance productivity and quality. REQUIRED SKILLS (Special Skill Set, Abilities, Knowledge): Advanced proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs and SQL, ORACLE Experience with Salesforce platforms like Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits. Working knowledge of Salesforce Public Sector Solutions Experience with Agile methodologies, Git version control, and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles. knowledge of the Salesforce SOAP API, REST API, and BULK API Familiarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, and OAuth). Familiarity with web development, including industry accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.0/2.1 and ARIA. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor team members. QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Years’ Experience, Certificates): Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least two years in a lead or senior role.
