| No H1B Role : Full stack Developer Location : Cleveland - Local Hybrid Client : Sherwin Williams We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies, with a focus on creating and maintaining web applications. You will work closely with our design and product teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Implement complex UIs in React, ensuring efficient state management using Redux and Context APIs. Utilize React Native and NextJS for mobile and server-side rendering applications. Write and maintain TypeScript codebases for robust and scalable applications. Use front-end design tools such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM to optimize the development process. Conduct thorough testing using tools like Jest and React Testing Library to ensure application quality. Integrate utility CSS frameworks like Material UI and Tailwind for efficient styling. Build and maintain REST APIs using Java (Spring Boot), NodeJS, Python, GraphQL, or other relevant technologies. Must-Have Skills: Strong proficiency in Frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. An in-depth knowledge and proficient in React, React Native, NextJS, Typescript. (8 years) 2+ years of experience with Open Policy Agent (OPA) Extensive knowledge of Redux and Context APIs for effective state management in applications with React. Developing complex UIs in React including component design and state management for specific use cases. Familiarity with front-end design tools, like Webpack, Babel, and NPM. Experience with testing tools, like Jest and React Testing Library. Familiarity with utility CSS frameworks such as Material UI, Tailwind. Good understanding and work experience of building REST APIs using any programming stack Java (Springboot) / NodeJS / Python / GraphQL etc. Nice-to-Have Skills: Working experience with a Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) such as Oracle, DB2, Postgres, Azure SQL, NoSQL(Cosmos DB or Mongo DB). Experience with Azure Cloud platform management. Experience with command line git and of GitHub. Experience in configuring application servers such as JBoss and Tomcat. Experience with Unix/Linux OS and shell scripting. Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Cloud, and automation. Experience with Docker/Kubernetes. Experience with unit tests/automated testing. Experience with Terraform is plus. Experience in creating automated build scripts (Ant/Gradle). Experience with Agile methodology and Jira tool is plus. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Full Stack Developer role. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
