Role :: IT Delivery Manager Location :: Raleigh,NC/Charlotte,NC/Dallas,TX/Chandler,AZ(Onsite) Type :: Contract Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects. Develop project plans, including scope, schedules, and budgets. Monitor progress and adjust as necessary. Manage risks and develop mitigation strategies. Act as the primary contact for project communications. Facilitate meetings with teams, stakeholders, and management. Ensure clear communication of project status, issues, and risks. Lead and mentor project teams. Foster a collaborative environment. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes. Develop and manage project budgets. Track and report on financials, addressing variances. Manage relationships with vendors and partners. Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs). Monitor vendor performance and compliance. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in IT project management or IT service delivery. Proven track record in managing complex IT projects. Skills: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and IT service management. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
