Successware is seeking an experienced Application Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in application development, with a passion for creating innovative and user-friendly applications. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and assisting in deployment of applications on cloud and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cloud, web and mobile technology, a strong understanding of development best practices, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy applications that meet the needs of our users and support our business objectives. Responsibilities Support the development and evolution of our solution in an agile environment working in collaborative, value-driven teams, with both internal and geographically distributed external team members to build innovative customer experiences for our clients. Develop, test, and deploy high-quality Web and mobile applications. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders for feature delivery. Design intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences for Succesware Applications. Implement new features and functionality using best practices Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness. Conduct thorough testing to ensure the quality, reliability, and security of applications. Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in application development and incorporate them into our development process. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for SW web and mobile applications. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Requirements: Kotlin AND (Java OR J2ee OR Spring boot OR Springboot) AND (React OR ReactJS OR React.JS OR TypeScript OR React Native) AND GraphQL Title search: Developer, programmer or Mobile Dev Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices. Experience with platform infrastructure, CI/CD, data pipeline management, and infrastructure as code. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience or familiarity with much of our tech stack passion to learn those that are new Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, JavaScript, UIUX frameworks like React, Typescript, HTML, CSS. Logging and tracing frameworks, DevOps tools, AWS. React Native, GraphQL. SonarQube, Zephyr, Playwright Kibana, EKS, Terraform, Grafana.
