Requirement ID: 9533537 Location : Tampa, FL ( Day one onsite) Implementation: TCS Role Description: Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions using .NET Core, Azure Pipelines, and React.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, define technical solutions, and set realistic goals and timelines.Architect and design scalable and maintainable applications, taking into consideration performance, security, and usability.Drive the implementation of CI/CD processes using Azure Pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to architectural guidelines.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing guidance and support to the team as needed.Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in .NET Core, Azure Pipelines, and React.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and QA, to ensure successful delivery of software projects.Provide technical leadership and assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members. Ability to identify and prioritize the organizations functional and technical needs and requirements. Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements, and operational decisions. Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems. Desirable Skills: Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Tech Lead or similar leadership role in a software development team.Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET , and MVC.Extensive experience in front-end development using React.js and related libraries (Redux, React Router, etc.).In-depth knowledge of Azure Pipelines for CI/CD, including build and release pipelines, code repositories, and test automation.Proficient in designing and developing RESTful APIs and integrating with external systems.Strong understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Experience with Agile development methodologies and practices.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Preferred Qualifications:Microsoft certifications in .NET development and/or Azure.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.Knowledge of software security principles and best practices.Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
