Role: Private Equity Operations Analyst - IVP, WSO, and LoanIQ Duration: Long term Contract Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Private Equity Operations Analyst with expertise in Indus Valley Partners (IVP), Wall Street Office (WSO), and LoanIQ to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the operational aspects of our private equity investments, including fund administration, portfolio management, and loan servicing. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to leverage your technical proficiency and industry knowledge to drive operational efficiency and enhance the success of our investment strategies. Responsibilities: Fund Administration: Utilize Indus Valley Partners (IVP) platform to perform fund accounting, financial reporting, and compliance tasks for our private equity funds. Coordinate with fund administrators and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of fund performance and NAV calculations. Portfolio Management: Support the management and analysis of our private equity portfolio using Wall Street Office (WSO) . Assist in monitoring portfolio performance, valuations, and cash flows. Prepare regular performance reports and analysis for internal stakeholders and investors. Loan Servicing: Manage private equity loan transactions, including origination, servicing, and documentation, using LoanIQ platform. Collaborate with lending teams and external counterparties to facilitate efficient loan processing and administration. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards related to fund administration, portfolio management, and loan servicing activities. Monitor and mitigate operational risks associated with private equity investments. Ad-Hoc Projects: Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management. Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency, enhance client service delivery, and support business growth objectives. Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in private equity operations, fund administration, or investment management, with proficiency in Indus Valley Partners (IVP), Wall Street Office (WSO), and LoanIQ platforms. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
