The ideal candidate would be local to Boston and has strong interpersonal, communication (written and oral),and analytical skills. This individual must be team-oriented and deadline driven. 5+ years of experience with 2+ years of AEM experience. Financial services experience is required. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business or technology related field. Minimum of three to five years experience in the financial services industry. Experienced in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) from an authoring, publishing, workflows, tagging, and meta data management point of view. Familiarity with other Adobe suite products such as Target, Analytics, Marketo, Campaign, Workfront Experience working as a fully functioning member of an Agile scrum team Experience with Jira and Confluence is preferred, but not required Strong technical skills including a solid understanding of underlying relevant technical architecture and investment business processes. Proven ability to efficiently utilize resources and communicate with others, both verbally and in writing. Project management skills, proven analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to make independent decisions. An in-depth understanding of systems development lifecycle. Ability to perform detailed analysis on these systems at all phases of the project lifecycle. Ability to consider the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future state business environment. Proven ability to develop creative solutions to meet business needs.
