The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Order Management (OM), Distribution, Procurement, Supply Chain, Inventory (INV), and Manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design and Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications, specifically focusing on OM, Distribution, Procurement, Supply Chain, INV, and Manufacturing modules. Develop and maintain functional specifications and documentation for Oracle EBS solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle EBS solutions.. System Integration and Testing: Lead system integration efforts, ensuring seamless connectivity between Oracle EBS modules and other enterprise systems. Develop comprehensive test plans and conduct system testing to ensure quality and functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation and post-go-live support. Process Optimization: Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement. Recommend and implement best practices to optimize Oracle EBS functionality and enhance overall business performance. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Oracle EBS solutions. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and align Oracle EBS solutions with business goals. Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and decision-making. Maintain strong relationships with Oracle support and other external partners. Qualifications: Experience and Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle EBS Functional Consultant or Solution Architect. Deep functional knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle EBS modules, including OM, Distribution, Procurement, Supply Chain, INV, and Manufacturing. Proven track record of successful Oracle EBS implementations and upgrades. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle EBS configuration, customization, and integration. Strong understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database concepts. Experience with Oracle EBS reporting tools, such as Oracle Reports and Oracle BI.
