Role: Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Technical Architect Duration: 12 Months Location: Remote Job description: Expert in designing quality, scalable, and performant solutions on the Salesforce platform and eco system. Health checks / Org Assessment of the platform and provide recommendations on design and best practices. Participate in Design Authority meetings and provide recommendations to Salesforce\\\\'s Well architected framework. Forward looking and be aware of the future platform capabilities and ability to map to customer requirements. Evaluate existing Salesforce implementation and make recommendations for improvements or modifications. Review business requirements documentation, technical design documentation and participate in peer reviews with project\\\\'s technical architects. Perform POC\\\\'s to prove out the business requirements. Will need CG Cloud Experience/Knowledge Advanced Maps: Strategic Planning: Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating advanced mapping features within Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud. Technical Expertise: Possess deep knowledge of Salesforce platform, geospatial data, and Google Maps APIs. Customization and Optimization: Customize mapping solutions to meet specific field operation needs, ensuring seamless user experiences. Integration with Field Operations: Collaborate with field teams to implement route optimization, store territory visualization, and smart visit planning. Scalable Solutions: Design scalable and efficient mapping solutions that enhance productivity for field representatives. CG Cloud offline app: Proven track record of implementing and customizing the Consumer Goods mobile app. Ability to create deployment packages, define UI, and implement business logic. Understanding of mobile app architecture and data synchronization. Proficiency in VS Code based Modeler for app definition and deployment packaging. Strong understanding of Cordova (acts as a container for hosting the app). Experience with SQLite (used for the mobile database), NodeJS, JavaScript, HTML 5, and CSS for app customization. Understanding of Design contracts (XML representation) to implement UI and business logic. Knowledge on writing Salesforce SOQL Query, Custom REST API integration, offline management (using SMARTSTORE) Well versed working in VS studio/Salesforce CLI IDE Well versed with sync architecture on offline mobile app implementation.
