Position: Integration Analytics Manager Location: Remote role some potential travel which would be covered by Client Duration: 6 months contract to hire Mode of Interview: Phone and Video Job Discussed: Manager wants us to add this must have - Epic Enterprise Implementation and Cloud Experience This is a backfill for someone that is transitioning out of the team. They left already as an FTE but providing support currently as a contractor until the backfill is identified. Strong Integration knowledge is important. They use CloverLeaf as their integration engine. Someone with Architect capability that can attend meetings with Nicole and Michael to advise on what is needed / what can be done. A lot of integration work happening at the hospital 2 EHRs that the hospital has Cerner & EPIC Opportunities for this person to extract data from Cerner and feed it into EPIC This role manages the data analytics team which is just reporting for Cerner and EPIC Expecting the team to get more work then that as they are implementing a datalake The data analytics team will have involvement in developing reports out of that Datawarehouse Top priority is the technical aspect with some leadership traits does not need to be a previous people manager With that being said they would still expect this person to have some prior mentorship/leadership skills Certification in Cloverleaf is important Cloverleaf Developer 1 / 2 / 3 Ideally someone that has worked with an organization that has Cerner inpatient and EPIC Ambulatory with CloverLeaf experience would be a rockstar EPIC Bridges Certification is a plus They have done a few other interviews and Nicole said candidates have fallen short because they are trying to get a gauge of their technical knowledge and some candidates have kept the conversation at a high level..
