Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 3 technical support to operations teams and assist project teams in resolving deployment issues during business hours. Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions. No on-call or weekend support is expected. Required Qualifications: Experience: 4-6 years in a relevant field.
