Job Description: IMPORTANT NOTES Read Carefully: candidates MUST have specialized experience with business process management and reengineering in one of these three areas to qualify for consideration. ERP Financials (this specific position may not begin until late July timeframe) Financials General accounting practices, accounts receivable, asset management, budget, grants, general ledger, cash management, accounts payable, payroll, and treasury management. Additionally, knowledge surrounding state government practices to include multiple funding sources (federal and state), allocation strategies, and reporting requirements. Human Resources (will start ASAP) Human Resources payroll, benefits including employee leave (FMLA, W/C), talent acquisition and hiring process, onboarding and off boarding, employee relations/performance management, learning management and training. workforce management including position control, organization structure and classifications. Supply Chain and Workforce Management (will start ASAP) Supply Chain and Workforce Management Purchasing (Goods and Services), Vendor Management, Contracts Management, Time and Attendance, Staff Scheduling. INFOR ERP system is used by the client and candidates MUST HAVE specific experience working in detail with INFOR specifically to be considered for this role. DO NOT submit candidates who do not have this specific experience. Position Overview: Each Business Process Management and Re Engineering Analyst is expected to successfully: Work directly with department contacts to understand business needs, propose solution options, and draft functional solution specifications. Work hand in hand with DHHS business users and IT to identify customizations and personalization supporting the evolution of a stable, highly functional ERP environment. Investigate, analyze, communicate, and document business processes and business requirements. Support product customizations, modifications and related consulting/training activities surrounding Infor applications (and related third party) technologies and tools. Act as the business representative to ensure all planned INFOR changes are compatible with department workflows and business requirements. Research solutions using the INFOR support portal and community and provide results to IT and business SMEs. Develop ad hoc reports as needed. Provide ad hoc and or formal application training to department users. Help plan data migrations, data cleansing and validation. We are looking for three positions, one focused on ERP Financials, second focused on Human Resources, and the third focused on Supply Chain and Workforce Management. The position focused on Financials will start later in July. The other two positions can start as soon as possible. The prospective candidate must possess specialized training in one of the three areas. Required Skills: Business Systems Analyst Supporting Government Financials, Human Resources or Supply Chain and Workforce Management 5 Years Experience specifically working with INFOR ERP solutions a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant 4 Years Experience configuring and supporting INFOR applications such as Supply Chain, Purchase, Human Capital, Distribution / Requisition Orders and Finance. 2 Years Record of success w/problem solving, demonstrated by an ability to troubleshoot INFOR business problems and identify solution options & alternatives.4Years Bachelors degree, Computer Information Systems or related field Desired Skills: Experience with Birst Reports, INFOR update methodologies, data refresh and validation.
