Job Description: 15+ years in SAP Lead and manage cross-functional teams consisting of business users, consultants, and IT staff throughout the S/4 HANA implementation lifecycle Oversee all aspects of the program, including budget, schedule, scope, risk, and resources. Develop and maintain a comprehensive program plan aligned with business goals. Ensure effective communication and collaboration between all stakeholders. Manage dependencies between different workstreams Identify, analyze, and mitigate program risks. Develop and implement a change management strategy to ensure user adoption of the new S/4 HANA system. Track program progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
