Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to enhance application speed and responsiveness. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in front-end development with a focus on React. Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in building complex user interfaces with React. Expert knowledge of React and its core principles. Proficient in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX). Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with front-end applications. Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development. Experience with build tools and development workflows (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).
