| From: Pam, ITECS [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position: SAP Finance Sr Developer (FICO + Accounts Payable) Location: Alpharetta, GA Duration: Long Term Start: Asap Interview: Phone + Skype Role Overview The SAP Finance Sr. Developer works directly with IT Architects to ensure the solutions meet the needs of the business. The Sr. Developer helps reengineer and build business processes required to support identified business challenges by leveraging best-fit technology solutions. The primary focus of this role is to ensure AP functions are configured correctly within FICO and enable cross-module integration with BW and BPC. The ideal candidate would be well versed in SAP Integrated Concur Solutions (ICS) as well as have broad based SAP S/4 HANA experience, participated on multiple SAP S/4 implementations, and is able to help understand integration for proper FICO design. The preferred candidate must: Possess a strong FICO background with extensive experience integrating with key support applications (ex: Concur) Possess Integrated Concur Solutions (ICS) experience, understand the attainable value of this integration tool, have prior implementation experience Be well versed in the SAP technology and their interoperability (S/4, AO, Fiori Apps, Concur, BW, SAC, etc.) Be knowledgeable of the various SAP modules (SD, MM, Tax, Lease Management, etc.) and how they interrelate Be educated on Accounting and Finance best practices, and have successfully supported multiple SAP finance initiatives As this role is an integral part of a large SAP S/4HANA implementation team for a global Fintech company, the candidate must demonstrate their ability to successfully work with multiple teams across a rich SAP landscape. Responsibilities Design and Configure SAP S/4 HANA 1909 to ensure the following functionality is working correctly: Accounts Payable, New General Ledger, New Asset Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, RAR, Lease Management, Project Costing, Results Analysis and Profitability Analysis Leverage SAP Integrated Concur Solutions (ICS) to automate processes and synchronize data between SAP Concur and SAP S/4 HANA Work with business and technical leads to plan, coordinate and execute technical projects throughout the entire project lifecycle Mentor, coach, and lead members of the SAP Technical and Business teams in best practices Ensure work efforts and tasks are organized and prioritized to meet SLAs and deliverables Track Risks and issues associated with the Project and Production support deliverables Keep the team updated about the progress for timely completion of assigned tasks Execute the project deliverables by collaborating with the on-site technical and business teams Analyse existing business processes, and work with the various business units to identify and implement best practices including cross-functional integration across all modules Analyse, understand, and deploy SAP support packs and releases that maximize use of the core capabilities of each release Perform root cause analysis of system functionality defects and provide design assistance to resolve the issues Address and resolve system functionality support issues via configuration, SAP note application and recommending appropriate developments Develop and design functional specifications for customized development and provide functional support to the development team Conduct system integration testing and assist business users in completing user acceptance testing to validate functionality prior to production release Collaborate with the business systems leaders to identify, research, and propose functionality improvement opportunities in the financial systems technology roadmap Qualifications Education and Specialized Work Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA 5+ years of hands-on experience with FICO-Accounts Payable module 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Concur solutions 3+ years of Finance Technology industry experience is a plus 3+ full lifecycle SAP implementations Deep knowledge of SAP FICO and Accounts Payables with hands-on configuration experience in Concur Integration with S/4 (ICS), General Ledger, Controlling, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank interfaces, Profitability Analysis, Tax and Treasury modules Good functional knowledge on SD and MM and their integration points with Accounting and Finance modules Experience deploying SAP Integrated Concur Solutions (ICS) Relevant SAP certifications are a plus Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or IT related field Power Skills: Ability to clearly communicate complex technical specifications to clients, implementation teams and functional teammates Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple engagements and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment Strong leadership and team collaboration skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Self-sufficient, able to work with minimal supervision Must enjoy working in a fast paced, high-pressure environment Full Name Contact Phone No. Skype ID Linkdin ID Current Location Relocation Availability Rate $_____/-Hrly-C2C Visa Status Communication Skills out of 10 Last Four Digit of Social Validity of Visa DOB Education/University Year of Graduation REFERENCES FROM YOUR CURRENT OR PREVIOUS EMPLOYER: Reference #1 Name: Job Title: Company: Phone: E-mail: Reference #2 Name: Job Title: Company: Phone: E-mail: Thanks N' Regards, PAM IT & EBusiness Consulting Services Inc.
