| Role:Technical Product Manager Client - UST/WALMART Location: Onsite (Bentonville, AR) Exp Required:10+ Job Description: * Bachelors degree in a technical field, such as computer science, engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 5 years of total work experience in a combination of technology development, product management, business analysis, or strategy. * Knowledge and working experience in cloud and data technologies: GIT, SQL, Spark, Druid, Hive, Hadoop, Teradata, and Big Query, Tableau, Power BI, and Looker visualization tools. * Capable of managing numerous stakeholders, anticipating their needs, and gaining alignment for strategies from executive-level stakeholders. * Strong communication skills (oral, verbal, and listening) as well as the ability to influence key decision-makers and understand their points of view. * Strong leadership, negotiation, and execution skills with the ability to drive results, deliver and excel, and own it when you dont. * Comfortable in a fast paced, growing environment and work well with ambiguity. * Comfortable presenting to and persuading at vice-presidential and Senior Vice-Presidential levels. * Proven ability to drive results, especially in a matrixed or influence-based environment. * Understands, describes, and navigates existing work and makes recommendations with a clear sense of organizational impact. Additional Qualification : * Experienceinpracticingagile methodologies Scrum, XP, Kanban, andScrumban. * Proficiency inusingtools such as Jira Board, Confluence, Roadmap Tools, and spreadsheets. * Preferred: Technical experiencein the Data Engineering domain. * Preferred:Product Management Certification, Certified Scrum Professional (CSPO) & (CSM).
