Key Responsibilities: Maintain detailed records of all project activities, privacy incidents, and related decisions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation. Facilitate communication between project teams, leads, and stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed of developments and decisions. Organize and document meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and summarizing discussions and action items. Develop and update work plans for projects and incident management, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and timelines.
